Job Title: Sales Assistant / Lot Attendant

Position Summary:

The Sales Assistant / Lot Attendant plays a critical support role in both the sales and service departments by ensuring our vehicle inventory is clean, organized, and customer-ready. This team member will also assist with vehicle movement, dealership appearance, and various customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, service lanes, and dealership grounds

• Move and park vehicles efficiently and safely around the dealership

• Clean and detail vehicles as needed for display or customer delivery

• Assist with new and used vehicle staging, showroom display setup, and lot merchandising

• Transport vehicles to/from service, body shop, or other off-site locations

• Support the service team by pulling up customer vehicles and assisting with valet services

• Ensure all vehicles are locked and secured after hours

• Perform light facility maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., snow removal, trash collection)

• Fuel vehicles and check fluids if needed

• Assist sales and service departments with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
