• Ability to learn PDF tools and KOVA software quickly.
• North Carolina Residential Real Estate License preferred or listed.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and determine needs; refer to others as needed.
• Assist in providing community tours and model home demonstrations.
• Provide information about the community and product benefits.
• Enter and manage new leads in the marketing database system.
• Prepare contracts, filing, and various reports for management.
• Support sales office with phones, appointments, and events.
