Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue, while ensuring a smooth move-in experience for new residents. You will maintain CRM records, assist in follow-ups, and help coordinate move-ins with clinical leadership.

The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a focus on delivering excellent resident and family service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales support or customer service experience.
• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and service-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
