Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years general office/clerical experience; knowledge of advertising functions and terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute sales information and prepare outgoing proposals and presentations.
• Compile information for Account Executives and insertion orders.
• Track weekly projections and update inventory reports in the system.
• Answer incoming calls as a company representative and support sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and assist in marketing material updates.
• Coordinate with clients, AEs and departments to support selling processes.
