Ryan Homes in Bluffton, SC is seeking Sales Representatives for New Homes to engage buyers, showcase our beautiful homes, and drive the sales process from inquiry to close.

During training, pay is $34.62 per hour; after training, positions transition to 100% commission with top earners reaching $200,000+ and some over $300,000. The role emphasizes customer service, leads, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
