Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking energetic Sales Assistants for our new Portland branch. This field-based role involves meeting homeowners, discussing roofing and exterior needs, and scheduling inspections with our sales team.

The position offers hourly pay plus commissions, paid in-house training, and opportunities to advance into sales and leadership roles within a supportive, high-energy team. W-2 employment with benefits eligibility is provided.

• Work alongside experienced sales representatives to help keep their calendars full.
• Track activity and appointments using simple reporting tools.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote Integrity Roofing & Construction's services.
• Report daily activity and results to sales leadership.

Pay Structure

Hourly Pay + Commissions
