Job summary

The Exterior Company (TEC) is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant in Lancaster, PA. You will meet homeowners, present free roofing and exterior inspections, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. No prior sales experience is required; training is six weeks with $500 per week.

After training, roles shift to a 100% commission-based plan with uncapped earning potential. This position offers a flexible four-hour shifts schedule, including Saturdays, with outdoor work and opportunities
