Job summary

Lifetime Roofing is seeking energetic, outgoing Sales Assistants for our Baton Rouge team. This field-based role fits outdoors, involves meeting homeowners, generating leads, and helping homeowners take the first step toward a roof inspection.

You will be the first contact with potential customers, schedule inspections, and assist a salesperson to keep calendars full. Training and room to advance into higher-earning sales roles are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat.
• Strong communication and an outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Responsibilities

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods and introduce services.
• Start conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections.
• Support a salesperson by keeping their inspection calendar full.
• Track activity with a notebook and simple texting/calling system.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials to market services.
• Report daily activity and results to the sales/management team.
• Learn real sales skills to increase income potential.

Lifetime Roofing is looking for energetic, outgoing Sales Assistants to join our Baton Rouge team. This is an active, field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and want to grow into a high-earning sales position.

You'll be the first point of contact with potential customers—generating leads, setting up roof inspections, and helping homeowners take the first step toward a better roof.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Start conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections
• Work alongside a salesperson and help keep their inspection calendar full
• Track activity with a simple notebook and text/call system (no tech headaches)
• Market our services by distributing flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials
• Report your activity and results daily to the sales/management team
• Learn real sales skills that can take your income to the next level

Flexible Schedule:

• Weekdays: 11:00 AM - Dark (2-3 evenings/week minimum)
• Saturdays: Required after 9 AM company meeting, then canvassing into the evening
• Training in house: Group sessions available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

Pay Structure:

• The more effort that is put in, the more money you make

What You'll Need:

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on foot, outdoors, and in the heat
• A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Self-motivation—you'll be given direction but expected to take initiative
