Job summary

Direct Communications is seeking a collaborative Success & Growth Assistant to serve as the primary customer contact, guiding broadband journeys and supporting growth in rural Maine. You’ll handle calls and messages with empathy, helping customers understand premium options and ensuring smooth installations.

You’ll leverage CRM tools to maintain records, generate KPI insights, and help the team sustain a customer-first, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration.
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) beneficial.
• Comfortable with basic broadband troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy.
• Educate customers on high-end solutions (routers, Arlo cameras, mobile services).
• Coordinate installations and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent the brand at outreach events to grow the customer base.
• Analyze data and produce KPI reports to improve customer experience.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration (Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic broadband troubleshooting.
• Self-Motivated & Accountable: You take ownership of your work, admit mistakes, and are always looking for ways to contribute to the team’s success.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You read situations well, communicate with tact, and can handle objections with grace.
• Local Roots: Located in or near Unity, Maine with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
