Job summary

Direct Communications is seeking a Success & Growth Assistant to be the heartbeat of our customer interactions. You will handle inquiries, guide customers through broadband solutions, and coordinate service installations while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration (Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!).
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and basic broadband troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy to assist broadband journeys.
• Educate customers on high-end solutions like managed routers, Arlo security cameras, and mobile services.
• Coordinate installations and maintain CRM records for a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the brand at outreach events and build new fans of the service.
• Produce KPI reports to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experience.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration (Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic broadband troubleshooting.
• Self-Motivated & Accountable: You take ownership of your work, admit mistakes, and are always looking for ways to contribute to the team’s success.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You read situations well, communicate with tact, and can handle objections with grace.
• Local Roots: Located in or near Rockland or Chubbuck, Idaho, with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
