Centra in Springfield, MA is seeking a customer service assistant to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with customers, merchandise shelves, and support new initiatives while upholding brand values of pride and community.

The role requires a positive attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. As part of the Centra team, you will handle queries professionally and ensure store policy is followed, contributing to customer satisfaction and store

Main purpose of the role:
