About the Sales Assistant Role:

Our Sales Assistant role is an entry level position interacting with customers on a daily basis. Sales Assistants engage our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to our customers. Our Sales Assistants uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers' choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Prior sales experience is not required, we provide job skills training. We are looking for personable candidates who are looking to put their people skills to good use.

Sales Assistant Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide optimal customer experience service
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.

• Process transactions at point of sale
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
• Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures
• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication
• Provide prompt and courteous service
• Demonstrates up to date product knowledge
