Job summary

CBS Media Ventures is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to assist the Syndication, Buzzr and MovieSphere Gold Sales Teams in New York. You will help manage inventory, organize client information, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience (internships count). Strong communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years experience (strong internship experience considered).
• Must be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills; multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Syndication, Buzzr and MovieSphere Gold Sales Team.
• Manage inventory and ensure all commercial units are sold in a given week.
• Send and organize all client information (flow charts, delivery, etc.).
• Communicate with clients daily to ensure inventory runs per client requests.
• Collaborate with operations, traffic and accounting teams.
• Enter orders into the system.
• Develop internal and external relationships.
• Prepare research and other sales-related reports as needed.
• Provide additional sales support as required.

Responsibilities:

• Support Syndication, Buzzr and MovieSphere Gold Sales Team
• Work with the team to manage inventory and guarantee that all commercial units are sold in a given week
• Send and organize all important information a client may need in a timely manner (flow charts, delivery, etc.)
• Communicate with clients daily to ensure all inventory is run per the clients’ request
• Work across our ops, traffic and accounting teams
• Enter orders into system
• Develop internal and external relationships
• Prepare research and other sales related reports as needed
• Perform additional sales related support

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 + years experience (strong internship experience considered)

Additional Information

Hiring Salary Range: $36,800.00 - 55,200.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
