Your Role

Office Management

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle mail/shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems (digital + physical).
• Process orders, update customer records, and assist with quotes/invoices.
• Coordinate with technicians and sales reps to schedule deliveries/service calls.

Customer Service

• Be thefriendly voiceof our company—respond to client emails/calls promptly.
• Help resolve billing or order inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Data & Admin

• Input orders into [your software, e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, or ERP system].
• Assist with light bookkeeping (tracking payments, reconciling receipts).

1+ year of office/admin experience (construction, HVAC, or trade industries aplus).

Tech skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.

Organizational superpowers– you love checklists and hate loose ends.

Clear communication– professional on phone/email, Brooklyn hustle in person.

Reliability– punctuality is key (we open at 8:30 AM sharp!).

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

• Familiarity withQuickBooks, CRMs, or dispatch software.
• Chinese language skills (Mandarin/Cantonese) – a big plus!
• Interest in commercial refrigeration/HVAC (we’ll teach you the basics!).
