We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Assistant to support daily sales activities and help provide a positive experience for prospective and existing customers. This position involves assisting with customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers in a busy environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people and can manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about available products and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information about features, options, and current offerings.
• Learn about customer needs and help identify appropriate products or services.

• Keep sales materials and customer-facing areas organized and up to date.
• Assist with product presentations and demonstrations when needed.
• Communicate customer requests and relevant information to other team members.
• Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and company procedures.
• Complete routine administrative tasks associated with sales activity.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
• Provide professional and helpful service throughout each customer interaction.
