Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work scheduled part-time shifts within the 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. timeframe.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

This is an active, field-based, part-time Sales Assistant role ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and developing valuable sales skills that can lead to a high-earning career. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners, generating leads, scheduling free exterior inspections, and helping homeowners discover solutions for their roofing and exterior improvement needs.

Schedule

This is a part-time role. Sales Assistants will work scheduled shifts within the 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. timeframe; candidates do not need to be available for the full eight-hour window each day. Afternoon and evening availability is required.
