Stylecraft is hiring a Sales Assistant for New Home Sales in Brenham, TX. This role is the entry point to a career as a Sales Executive, with mentorship and an internal path to leadership.

You'll guide families through model homes, manage appointments, and keep the showroom welcoming. Weekend work is required and compensation starts at $18.00/hour plus a $100 bonus per home closed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception.
• Organized and punctual with a valid driver's license.
• Weekend work requirement; interest in real estate is a plus.
