Hadco Metal Trading Co. LLC distributes and supplies metal products nationwide, with a presence across multiple regions. The company is hiring a Sales Assistant to support inside, outside, and export sales teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role focuses on accurate order entry, order tracking, and coordinating with vendors and customers. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years in administrative support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Korean language fluency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into ERP accurately.
• Proofread and review order entry for accuracy.
• Follow up on open issues related to sales orders (outside processing, stock transfers, buyouts).
• Maintain contract ship dates and order changes.
• Create part numbers as required.
• Inform sales reps of order status and shipment timelines.
• Assist sales in obtaining quotes from vendors.
• Provide order updates to customers.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

We provide plates, sheets, and extensive offerings of long products for general engineering, aerospace, and commercial markets. Our range of precision cutting equipment includes CNC machines-routers, water jets, band saws, plate saws, and shears.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter sales orders from customers and/or sales representatives into an ERP system.
• Proofread and review order entry for accuracy.
• Follow up on open issues associated with sales orders, including outside processing, stock transfers, and buyouts.

• Regularly advise sales representatives of the timely order process and shipment to customers.
• Assist sales in obtaining quotes from vendors.
• Provide order updates to customers.
