Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company in Colma, CA is seeking a Sales Arborist Representative to join our team of tree care professionals. Compensation is $78-$150k+ per year, combining base salary and commission; 2-4 years of experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Green industry related experience is required for success.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is preferred.
• Required: Valid driver’s license.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge is important.
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized.
• Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates.
• TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional and ISA TRAQ certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationship with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
• As part of the office and field management team, the Sales Representative assists the District Manager in the direction of whole team.

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Sales Arborist Representative to our passionate team of tree care professionals.

Compensation Data: $78-$150k+ per year, pay is a mix of the base salary and commission schedule. (2-4 years minimum experience)
