Job summary

ZP Group in Columbia, MD is seeking an ambitious candidate for a sales apprenticeship designed to develop you into an elite sales professional. You will start by learning the recruitment lifecycle for six months, then enter a mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program with the goal of earning promotion to Account Manager.

You will partner with an experienced Account Manager, recruit on openings for Fortune 500 customers, and eventually manage your own book of business with uncapped weekly
