Company Description

Blake Fulenwider Dodge is one of seven Blake Fulenwider Automotive dealerships, and is based in Eastland, Tx. We are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers by offering a wide selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. Moreover, we are dedicated to our employees' and growth and cultivating a positive organizational culture. Our business is rapidly growing and we are currently in need of a motivated sales apprentice.

This job will consist of a salary-based pay plan with the potential to earn additional bonuses while you are under a mentor for 90 days. You'll have the opportunity to learn from the best in our business as they teach, train and coach you to become an expert sales representative. The goal is that you will understand the ins and outs of how Blake Fulenwider Dodge sales run, from in-person and over the phone meet and greet, to the company culture, to understanding how to close a sale, etc. In addition, you will have full access to factory training videos and the expectation is all training will be completed and pass the Expert Test by the end of the 90-day program.

Qualifications

  • No sales experience necessary
  • Steady work history
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Motivated and self-driven individual that can work independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage customer information and sales pipeline effectively
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures as needed
  • Basic computer, email and internet skills
  • Takes pride in their appearance
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Have a valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Must be willing to submit a pre-employment background check, DMV and drug screenings
