Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a qualified professional to manage RFQs, assign ownership, and develop costed proposals for development programs across operations and R&D. You will ensure on-time delivery of quotations and secure site approvals, working with Commercial and Marketing to build CPT models.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2–5 years in a technical environment, ideally in medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required or preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience in a technical environment, preferably medical device industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, models, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming RFQs and determine ownership.
• Review RFQs and obtain missing information; work with Principal AE to clarify.
• Execute costing using CCP tool and develop CPT models with Commercial/Marketing.
• Prepare and deliver proposals in partnership with Commercial Team; ensure on-time delivery of quotations.
• Obtain site approvals for quotes; engage with Operations and R&D as needed.
• Adhere to company values and ensure compliance with QMS, FDA regulations, and safety requirements.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Triage's incoming RFQ's and determines appropriate ownership

• Reviews RFQ's and identifies any missing information. Works through Principal AE to request missing information, clarify quote request, etc.
• Executes costing using CCP tool.
• Engages with R&D to develop costs for development programs

• Obtains buy-in from Operations and R&D as needed.

• Engages with Commercial and Marketing team to develop CPT model.

• Develops PVT financial model and determines level of approval required.

• Obtains site approval for quotes.

• Engages with Commercial Team to develop OPP Opportunity Summary for purposes of obtaining approval on higher level quotes.
• Prepares and delivers proposals in partnership with Commercial Team.
• Insures on-time delivery of all quotations.

• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Education: bachelor's degree in technical field preferred
• Minimum Experience: 2-5 years' experience preferred in a technical environment with minimum 2 years in the medical device industry.

• Ability to manage multiple, significant activities and respond to changing priorities with minimum disruption.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings, models, and schematics and effectively communicate technical material.
• Proficient computer skills, outlook, excel, project, word, and PowerPoint, CAD and Design programs a plus.
• Ability to partner with cross functional organizations to successfully drive the business.
