Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales team and support customer application requirements.

• Ensure technical information is accurately transferred to Sales and Order Processing.

• Provide technical and commercial support for Algra activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical sales and order coordination processes.

Bucci Industries USA Inc. is looking for a Sales Application Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

The role will act as the technical interface between the BI USA Sales and Order Processing teams and the Engineering team in Italy, supporting customer applications, technical evaluations, product configurations, and quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales team and support customer application requirements.
• Review customer drawings, technical specifications, and application requirements.
• Coordinate technical requests and solutions with the Engineering team in Italy.
• Support technical studies, product configurations, and quotations.
• Ensure technical information is accurately transferred to Sales and Order Processing.
• Support the resolution of technical issues throughout the order process.
• Provide technical and commercial support for Algra activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical sales and order coordination processes.
