Job summary

Mosaic in Irvine, CA is seeking a part-time on-site Sales Support representative to promote our premium in-home food recycling brand through live demos and customer engagement in retail locations.

You will train store staff, optimize shelf placement, and build strong relationships with store personnel to drive sales and product advocacy. Weekend availability and competitive incentives offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence purchasing decisions and drive sales.
• Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.

• Drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory – with a focus on both on-site sales and passive sales generated through store training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.

• Experience in in-home environmental initiatives is a plus.
