Safety-Kleen in Santa Paula, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver to train on Class B box trucks, service parts washer machines, and haul waste on a defined route.

You will visit 10–12 customer sites daily, perform drum swaps, upsell products, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering reliable service to automotive, fleets, and manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

Class B CDL required and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
Basic computer and math skills with good written/verbal communication.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work safely in the field.
Must pass background check, drug test and a physical per position.
OSHA respirator hair standards applicable where required.

Responsibilities

Ensure Health and Safety is the priority and follow all policies.
Visit 10-12 customer sites per day on the defined route.
Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at sites.
Service parts washer machines and clean sinks of sediment.
Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads.
Service automotive, fleets and manufacturing clients.
Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups.
Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and safely operate vehicles.

Safety-Kleen in Santa Paula, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner

Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner

Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules

Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements

Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Class B CDL

Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment

Strong customer service skills

Perform physical functions per job requirements

Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.

Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
