Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a Sales and Outreach Coordinator in Stoughton, MA to guide residents and families through a smooth move-in journey while supporting our sales and marketing team.

The role is full-time, with a standard schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and requires 1+ year in sales/admin support in a senior setting. Strong communication, CRM skills, and teamwork are essential.

• 1+ year in a sales/admin support role (in a senior setting a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and CRM tools
• A compassionate, team-first attitude
• Flexibility for some evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for residents/families through the move-in process
• Coordinate move-in logistics, paperwork, and orientation
• Support tours, inquiries, and our sales database
• Build relationships with local eldercare professionals and referral sources through community outreach

Senior Living Residences is hiring a Sales and Outreach Coordinator to guide residents and families through a smooth move-in journey, from first assessment to welcome day, while supporting our sales and marketing team.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Annual salary starting at $60,000, with annual bonus potential of $20,000
