Status: Full-time/ Seasonal (Minimum of Six Months)
Supervisory Role: Serve staff
To implement sales and merchandising programs for Hope’s Closet Thrift, both short and long term, while aligning with The Church of Eleven22's vision of being a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. This position is a seasonal full-time exempt role reporting to the Hope’s Closet General Manager.
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the General Manager. Hours may vary weekly based on store needs, including weekends for scheduled events. The store closes during major church events to allow staff participation in spiritual formation.
Our team is committed to furthering the mission of The Church of Eleven22 and Hope’s Closet through various big events throughout the year, encouraging staff participation and service.
This role operates in a professional retail environment, involving both sales floor and warehouse/stockroom activities, using fixtures and equipment such as dollies, racks, carts, ladders, cash registers, and computers.
