What You’ll Do

Inventory & Receiving Operations

  • Participate in the accurate and timely receiving, checking, tagging, labeling, and stocking of all incoming merchandise.
  • Help ensure that all deliveries are processed efficiently, documented properly, and stored in compliance with company standards.
  • Learn and utilize our inventory control system/process.
  • Assist with periodic and yearly shop inventories.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure receiving and stockroom areas.

Merchandising & Visual Presentation

  • Learn and execute company merchandising standards, including planogram compliance, promotional setups, and seasonal changes.
  • Support the goal of having product displays clean, well-stocked, and appealing to customers throughout our shops.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and product flow and collaborate with shop leaders to ensure timely replenishment.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support daily shop operations and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Learn our scheduling and costing programs and how it supports our monthly/yearly budget goals.

Customer Experience

  • Learn the retail POS system to provide guest support to various shops throughout the year based on demand.
  • Partner with shop leaders to ensure product availability and a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to shop leader inquiries related to stock and merchandise availability.
