Job summary

Massage Envy Savoy Plaza in Savoy, IL is hiring a Sales Associate to grow our member base. Earn a competitive base pay of $16 per hour plus membership sales bonuses.

This in-person position is available as full-time or part-time and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a Simple IRA with employer match. You will greet guests, educate them on Total Body Care, book services, upsell the Wellness Program, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience
• Great people skills and ability to build guest relationships
• Strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask
• Support of total body care with knowledge of massage and skincare services
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a client base in-person and via phone/email outreach
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program
• Book clients for services and encourage homecare retail purchases
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued
• Assist with clinic operations: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, and keep premises clean

Qualified Candidates:

• Previous Sales Experience Required~1 -2 years of sales experience to help us grow our membership base
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)

Day-to-Day:

• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and addressing questions
• Provide daily general cleaning of the premises
