Harvest Events is seeking an entry-level Sales & Marketing Management Trainee in Charlotte, NC. You’ll gain real-world experience in sales, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach while training under a growing team.

No prior sales or management experience required. You’ll receive hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and opportunities to advance as you demonstrate performance. This role emphasizes learning, leadership, and evolving responsibilities across campaign operations.
