Job summary

Ivy Park at Belmont is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department, handle inquiries, organize events, and assist with resident move-ins. The role focuses on tours, referrals, and maintaining effective communication with residents and families.

The position involves coordinating activities, guiding tours, and ensuring a positive experience for prospects and residents while working within budget and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Flexible, adaptable, able to handle change and prioritize tasks.

• Ability to count and perform moderately complex math.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must obtain and maintain valid first aid certification.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening including TB tests.
• May be required to follow PPE and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of property's products and services to represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure readiness for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to the Marketing Department.
• Handle inbound inquiries via telephone, walk-ins, and mail; maintain inquiry information and follow up as directed.
• Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Plan and manage all marketing events within budget.
• Attend resident, family, and referral source events and participate actively.
• Serve as a liaison for new residents and their families for a smooth transition.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events; handling all telephone, walk-in, and inbound mail inquiries; touring qualifying prospects, and assisting with resident move-ins as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the propertys product and services to effectively and accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure that the community is ready for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to the Marketing Department
• Handle all inbound telephone, walk-in, and mail inquiries including completing the inquiry information card, maintaining the ups list, entering new inquiry information into the marketing database, and follow-up with all correspondence, as directed.
• Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process, as needed.
• Organize, plan and manage all marketing events staying within the approved budget. T
• Actively attend and participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source special events held both inside and away from the community.
• Serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community. Ensure that all new residents have a smooth transition to their new home.
• Completely and accurately follow a new move-in checklist

Qualifications:

• Able to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects.

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
