Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing department in daily administrative tasks, organize events, and assist with resident move-ins. You will conduct community tours, manage inquiries from referrals, and collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, informative environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change and handle stressful situations.
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, and respond to concerns.
• Capable of counting and performing moderately complex math problems.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must obtain and maintain valid first aid certification.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be in place per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property’s products and services to accurately represent the property to referrals sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to prepare for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a back-up to the Marketing Department.
• Handle all inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and track information in the marketing database.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process as needed.
• Plan and manage marketing events within the approved budget.
• Attend resident, family inquiry, and referral events; engage with residents and their families.
• Ensure smooth move-ins by following the new resident checklist.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events; handling all telephone, walk-in, and inbound mail inquiries; touring qualifying prospects, and assisting with resident move-ins as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s product and services to effectively and accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure that the community is ready for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to the Marketing Department
• Handle all inbound telephone, walk-in, and mail inquiries including completing the inquiry information card, maintaining the ups list, entering new inquiry information into the marketing database, and follow-up with all correspondence, as directed.
• Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process, as needed.
• Organize, plan and manage all marketing events staying within the approved budget. T
• Actively attend and participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source special events held both inside and away from the community.
• Serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community. Ensure that all new residents have a smooth transition to their new home.
• Completely and accurately follow a new move-in checklist

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
