Amoroso Wellness at York is seeking a proactive Community Liaison to drive part-time sales and marketing, building relationships with families, residents, and partners in the York, PA area. In-person role requiring relocation to York and willingness to participate in community activities.

You will coordinate marketing visits, assist move-in processes, manage social media, and track performance using CRM tools, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong background in outside sales.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing preferred.

Job description

Sales and Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy, through both inside and outside sales and by developing positive and lasting relationships within the local community & surrounding areas. This position is fast-paced offering variety and mobility. The community liaison will coordinate marketing visits to the community; aspects of the move-in process; participate in various community activities, organizations, and professional groups to make our community the residence of choice in the area. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn new things and challenge yourself. We are looking for a go-getter who thinks outside the box!
