Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Florida, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive census growth and close new resident enrollments. The role includes a robust base-plus-commission package and strong corporate marketing support.

You will leverage high lead volumes and an integrated contact center to guide families through the sales process and secure placements. Training and a collaborative team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living Sales and Leasing.
• Passion for seniors and proven track record in boosting census and revenues.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate residents’ schedules.
• Mastery of our internal CRM to properly maintain a database of leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living Sales and Leasing.
