Description
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Sales and Leasing Manager to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at City Club Apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Training:
- Train, mentor, and energize leasing consultants to achieve team goals.
- Provide performance feedback and analysis to improve outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Performance Management:
- Lead the leasing team to maintain high occupancy levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize leasing opportunities.
- Sales & Leasing:
- Engage in leasing activities, including tours, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Build relationships with prospects to foster trust and confidence.
- Assist with applications, lease agreements, and related processes.
- Customer Interaction:
- Answer calls and greet prospects professionally and enthusiastically.
- Represent the company in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Property Presentation:
- Ensure tour units and pathways are clean and appealing daily.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to uphold property standards.
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Work with marketing to evaluate advertising effectiveness.
- Align marketing efforts with leasing goals.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate leasing records and provide insights to management.
- Support property management tasks as needed.
