JOB SUMMARY:

1. On-the-job training. Get paid to learn about many aspects of the rental market.
2. Lease new, rehabbed, and vintage apartments all over the north side of Chicago.
3. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our properties.
4. Work with leads generated through web-based ads like Craigslist and Zillow.
5. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through office advertising.
6. Market properties to bring in new business.
7. Fill out leases and guide applicants through the signing process.
8. Assist the property management team with aspects of their job.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have own car, up-to-date auto insurance, and be willing to keep it presentable.
2. Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
3. Willingness to learn.
4. Pleasant phone manner.
5. Confident, outgoing personality.
6. Must be motivated to sell and be creative!
7. Great follow-up skills, oral and written communication, detail-oriented.
8. Basic computer experience necessary, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.

This is an excellent position for a self-motivated salesperson. If you work hard, you will make a great income.

COMPENSATION:

Earn $35,000 to $90,000 in commission or more in a year! Guaranteed draw $17 an hour against commission structure and eligible for benefits.
