Representing a product lineup that includes stylish furniture, cutting-edge electronics, dependable appliances, and seasonal favorites, this position helps customers create homes they love—without the barriers of traditional retail.

This role is driven by meaningful customer relationships. The Sales & Leasing Associate actively engages with customers, supports their leasing needs, manages accounts, and contributes to both sales and collections—key pillars of long-term success in the rent-to-own industry. Through professional communication and genuine relationship-building, the associate helps ensure customers feel supported from the showroom floor to the delivery of their products.

In addition to customer interaction, the role supports essential store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, ensuring product availability, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting showroom. Requirements

• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
