The Sales & Leasing Associate actively engages with customers, supports their leasing needs, manages accounts, and contributes to both sales and collections—key pillars of long-term success in the rent-to-own industry. Physical Requirements

• Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly
• Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing

• Prolonged periods of driving and standing
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
