Responsibilities

Job description

CycleBar Ashburn is hiring a part-time CycleBar Experience Associate (CBX) to deliver a welcoming rider experience and drive membership and retail sales. We're looking for well-rounded, high-energy team members who care about both hospitality and sales.

Location: 20020 Ashbrook Commons Plaza, Suite #119, Ashburn, VA 20147

Pay: Starting at $13 per hour

Availability: At least 8 hours per week, with flexibility for a non-traditional schedule, including some holiday, early-morning, and weekend availability.

Entry-level role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide top of the line service to all new and existing riders
• Execute the sales and hospitality process of the first-time rider experience, follow up, and close

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Genuine hospitality and a passion for people
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to hit membership and retail sales targets
• Able to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Fluent in English with strong communication in person, by phone, and by email
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Flexible for a non-traditional schedule, including some holiday, early-morning, and weekend availability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able and willing to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenance
• Willing to clean the CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, and more
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
