Starling Buick GMC Stuart in Stuart, FL, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with F&I experience to lead a high-volume dealership team. You will structure deals, coach staff, and drive performance to elevate a successful operation.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive Sales Manager experience.
• F&I experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of dealership processes, CRM, lead management, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

Starling Buick GMC Stuart is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with F&I experience to join one of the strongest Buick GMC operations in Florida.

We are a high-volume, growth-focused dealership looking for someone who can lead a sales team, structure deals, develop people, drive performance, and help take an already successful operation to the next level.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven automotive Sales Manager experience
• Previous F&I experience strongly preferred
• Strong deal structuring, desking, closing, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable
• Strong understanding of dealership processes, CRM, lead management, and follow-up
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High-volume dealership experience preferred
• General Motors experience is a plus
