We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven professional to support our Sales and Events team in delivering exceptional experiences for guests and visitors. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating events, supporting sales efforts, and helping bring memorable experiences to life in a truly unique setting.
Pay: $18–$24 per hour, based on experience

Sales and Events Coordinator
Director of Sales
Full-time, Hourly, Non-exempt
As required, extended hours to include weekends and holidays
The Sales and Events Coordinator plays a key support role within the Club's Sales and Events team. This position is responsible for detailing contracted events, coordinating onsite activations, and assisting with day-of execution in partnership with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
Work is both indoors and outdoors. Potential exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils, harmful chemicals, and/or solvents if proper safety procedures are not followed.
Good organizational and verbal skills. Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues. Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitor and develop subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas, and write and read member communication.
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 20 lbs. frequently. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Ability to consistently lift, carry, and load adaptive and other sports equipment that may weigh 50 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
Please be advised that all work that requires the use of a ladder more than 8 ft. long must be reviewed by Hampton Golf Club's Maintenance person. Following an assessment of the situation, a determination will be made as to whether a maintenance team member or subcontractors will perform the necessary maintenance task. No other staff member is authorized to climb to heights exceeding 8 ft. and/or perform such maintenance. In addition, personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings, and/or using scaffolding.
