Cato Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced IT leader to support production business applications, ensuring standards, policies, and metrics are followed. You will oversee Sales Audit, Banking, and HR/Payroll systems and work with the SVP IT/CIO on conformance before production turnover.

Responsibilities include project planning, budget assistance, vendor negotiation, RFPs, process improvements, package upgrades, and cross-functional project support.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a B.S. degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years previous experience in leading an application support team with significant experience in quality assurance.
• Ten to fifteen (10-15) years of IT experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide support of production business applications with appropriate policies, procedures, standards and metrics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for development and support of all the production Sales Audit, Banking, and HR/Payroll Systems.

Works with the SVP, IT/CIO to ensure all new applications conform to standards prior to turn over to production.
