Job summary

SpaceManager Closets in Houston is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to visit clients in their homes, design and sell custom organization systems from closets to home offices and garages. You’ll use our software to create compelling 3D visuals that turn dreams into reality.

You’ll act as both designer and trusted advisor, helping clients choose the best solution while managing your schedule and income with uncapped commission potential. Training provided.

Qualifications

• People person with strong communication and consultative sales approach.
• Ability to visualize space design and use CAD-like tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to measure spaces.
• Interior design or CAD experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in homes to design and sell custom organization systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales and Design Consultant, you'll visit clients in their homes to design and sell custom organization systems — from closets and pantries to home offices and garages. Using our software, you'll bring each space to life with 3D visuals that wow your clients and make their dreams a reality.

You’ll act as both a designer and a trusted advisor, helping clients find the perfect solution for their space — and walking away knowing you made a real impact.

About You:

• You’re a people person with great communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
• You have a knack for design and can visualize how a system will work in a space.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking measurements.
• Bonus points if you have interior design or CAD experience (but not required!).
• You're ready to work independently, manage your own time, and take pride in what you do.
