Job summary

Rocky Tops Custom Countertops seeks a Sales & Design Consultant to work directly with homeowners and trade partners to turn their countertop visions into finished spaces. You’ll manage consultations, assess materials, and prepare quotes as projects progress from design to installation.

The role emphasizes customer focus, listening to needs, accurate measurements, and collaboration with the team to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional results.

The Sales & Design Consultant works directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and other customers to help bring their countertop projects to life. From the initial consultation and material selection through quoting and project completion, you will be a trusted partner throughout the customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused and have a relationship-oriented personality, strong sales and communication skills, a creative eye for design and attention to detail, ability to listen to customers and understand their needs, strong organizational and follow-up skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, comfortable working with computers, email, CRM, estimating, and design software, ability to understand measurements and basic project specifications, positive attitude and willingness to learn, and team player who takes personal responsibility for results.
