Job summary

The NOW Massage Denver is seeking an Experience Guide with sales and guest-service skills to welcome guests, tailor their massage experiences, and promote memberships and services. You'll handle bookings, checkout, and contribute to a positive, zen boutique culture.

You'll also drive membership and service sales, enjoy uncapped commissions, and benefit from paid training, free massages, discounts, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with ability to connect with guests and close sales.
• Experience in retail, membership sales, hospitality, or roles with customer interactions and sales goals.
• Strong communication and active listening to guide conversations toward memberships and services.

We're looking for someone with sales experience who can connect with guests, sell memberships and enhancements, and help people discover the benefits of regular massage— all in a beautiful, zen environment.

What You'll Earn

• $19.29 - $22.00 per hour
• $319/month in commission on average ($3,813/year)
• Earn more as you sell more—commission is uncapped

The Vibe

As our Sales and Customer Service Representative (we call it Experience Guide internally), you'll greet guests, customize their massage experience, and use your sales skills to share the magic of our memberships and services. You'll handle everything from booking appointments to checking guests out, all while keeping the good vibes flowing.

Job Summary

The Experience Guide is responsible for the guest experience, selling memberships and enhancements, maintaining the reception area, and overall seamless daily operations of boutique. Includes, but not limited to, the greeting and assisting of guests regarding services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships, customizing the guest’s massage, and handling payment for services performed.
