Job summary

Massage Envy Topeka is hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. The team focuses on delivering excellent customer service, educating clients on Total Body Care, and promoting the Wellness Program.

Roles include scheduling, answering inquiries, and helping grow a loyal client base through in-person and outreach efforts. Employees receive employer-paid healthcare for full-time, paid time off, bonuses/commissions, and monthly free services (massage, skincare, or stretch).

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Wellness Program; upsell future services and homecare retail.
• Assist with clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
