Job Title: Sales & Business Development Professional
Location: Greater San Francisco Bay Area; Candidate must be willing to drive to the Concord office location once per week.
Metro Elevator Northern California, Inc. ("Metro Elevator", "Metro") is searching for a highly motivated Sales Professional who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to grow the maintenance business portfolio, proactively prospecting for new business, and building relationships with new and existing customers. You'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing business relationships. Using your expertise in relationship-building and consultative selling, you'll promote our best-in-class services while contributing to our ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and negotiate service contracts through presentations and differing approaches
Meet aggressive service portfolio and repair growth targets in assigned territory
Qualify and pursue new customer leads to generate reoccurring maintenance revenue within assigned territory
Understand market conditions and customers to present tailored solutions to meet their needs
Grasp product knowledge of elevators/escalators by partnering with operations and sales management and sell solutions to new and existing customers
Manage opportunities and pipeline in Metro's sales tools and provide accurate forecasting
Basic Qualifications:
Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work dynamically and quickly in a team-oriented atmosphere
Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to create relationships internally and externally
Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not required):
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing or related field
A minimum of two (2) years of successful industry sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the elevator industry
Compensation and Benefits: Metro Elevator offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission, and benefits.
Salary commensurate with qualifications
Aggressive commission structure (50-100%) of base salary
