LeadCar Toyota Mankato is seeking a Sales & Acquisition Specialist in Mankato, MN to acquire, sell and lease new and used vehicles. You will work to achieve gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction targets set by management.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, active listening, and excellent guest service. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required, with a comprehensive benefits package and earning potential through bonuses and commissions.

Earnings Potential:

• The salary range for this role is $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. The role is paid solely on bonuses and commissions in accordance with the Company's Plan. Our total rewards package also includes competitive benefits for eligible employees.

Job Summary:
