Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Austin, TX is seeking a Specialist, Sales Analytics to deliver data-driven insights, support pipeline health, forecast performance, and drive commercial outcomes using SQL and Tableau.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, maintain dashboards, ensure data integrity, and explore Generative AI-driven solutions to modernize analytics for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics or BI.
• 3+ years Tableau experience with dashboards and calculations.
• Strong SQL skills across large datasets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models in reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver recurring sales analytics including pipeline reporting, forecast tracking, bookings analysis, and sales performance scorecards.
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion trends, and forecast accuracy to surface risks and opportunities.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation-linked metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems with root-cause analysis.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards translating complex data into visual insights.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Explore Generative AI-driven solutions to automate insights and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and improve analytics ecosystems.
