Job summary

LHH is looking for a Sales Analyst for a Direct Hire position in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves analyzing sales data, processing monthly figures, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years of sales analytics or business analysis experience.
• Experience calculating and auditing complex commission structures.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Experience with PowerBI and advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights for leadership.
• Process and audit monthly sales figures and rebate submissions.
• Calculate and validate commissions for sales representatives.
• Maintain and update customer records in ERP system.
• Monitor sales activity and assign responsibilities to sales staff.
